No prepayment is usually required, except in certain cases such as individual trips or when purchasing flight tickets or preparing documents. Payment for group trips is made during the booking process or at the start of the trip. There is no need to look for someone to pay the money; our staff will come to you. You can pay in cash in USD, Euros, or Egyptian Pounds, and we also offer options for bank transfers in Rubles, Hryvnias, and Euros, or via USDT cryptocurrency wallet before the trip. In Egypt, all tourism companies must adhere to strict regulatory requirements. To enable vehicles or yachts to operate tours, daily permits from the police and military are required. We ensure that we have all the necessary licenses to conduct tourism activities

You can be assured about insurance during your trip. Your travel insurance is valid throughout Egypt, not just with the tour company. Furthermore, tour operators are responsible for full insurance coverage for passengers on transportation such as boats and buses. Operators cannot obtain permits to conduct tours without adequate insurance coverage. Egypt has strict regulations requiring permits before organizing any tourism activity

We strongly recommend checking your belongings and ensuring you don't forget anything when leaving the bus or yacht at the end of the trip. If you lose something, it can be very difficult to retrieve it due to cleaning operations and logistical complexities. While we will assist in trying to locate lost items, we cannot guarantee a 100% return. If the item is found, the delivery cost will be between $5 and $10. Therefore, please exercise caution

We organize most trips daily or according to a specific schedule mentioned in the description of each program. After booking, we will send you the exact pickup time from your hotel. You may join trips with small groups from hotels that have purchased tours from tour operators, but our prices are 40% to 60% lower. We cover all major trips in Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh for Arabic-speaking tourists
